Clean environment. Friendly service. It was a very busy day but I did not have to wait long.
NANCY DID MY NAILS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m very upset & I do not recommend her to anyone! My nails look OLD and I just got them done!!! And she showed NO COMPASSION! She did not care at all.. I will never come back. The other lady’s did my daughter’s nails perfect mine is horrible. We won’t be back !
The stylist that did my nails did a good job on nails but not a good job of cleaning me up afterward. The stylist that did my toes cut me multiple times with the Dremel tool so everything after that burned like fire. And for this I was charged 126.00 plus 3.00 for using my card. The price was way too expensive for the quality of service.
I love the Palace Spa. Everyone is so nice and does a great job.

I was a little overwhelmed at first, not used to such a large nail spa! But I have to say it was a great experience and Amy did a great job on my nails! Would recommend this place ????

This was my first time at this nail shop. I got a manicure and pedicure with gel and my nails came out very nice. The ladies were friendly and asked me questions to be sure I got exactly what I wanted

All four nail techs are awesome. Super personable, friendly. They take care of us, and my grandma with her funky toes.
