At our salon, we follow the policies below for the mutual convenience of both our customers and our staff:

GENERAL POLICIES
All services are guaranteed.

If you are not satisfied due to an error on our part, we will re-perform the service the same day.

Any health issues, allergies, or medical conditions must be disclosed prior to service. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin irritation caused by waxing on clients using acne creams or prescription medications.

Please ask for pricing on any additional services before they are performed.

MINORS
Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Only certified service animals are allowed inside the salon.

WAXING POLICY
Only the guest receiving the waxing service and the technician are allowed in the waxing room during the procedure.

Please inform your technician of any changes in your skincare routine or if you are using any oral or topical acne medications.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Please arrive early or on time for your appointment.

We do not hold appointments—late arrivals will be treated as walk-ins.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services.

No-shows will not be allowed to book future appointments but may still walk in.

PAYMENT
We accept cash and MasterCard.

Checks are not accepted.
