She did a beautiful job and was very patient with me trying to pick my color
Palace Nails is great. I was discouraged today because I was charged $5 for shaping. I don’t understand this charge. I did speak to someone about it and he insisted that I was charged because my nail was shaped. I had a refill. You have to file the nails and last time they were not filed narrow enough like I usually get so I asked her to make them narrow. I should not have been charged. I decided to try you out about 3 months ago and decided to stay but I will most likely be going back to my previous salon that is just as great and charged me much less.
It was a really good experience. However just one day after my appointment, the design started to chip and fade. Really disappointed by this considering how much I paid for the set and design.
I have going to Palace Nail Salon for the past 5 years and have been extremely satisfied with Stephanies’s mani/pedis. She does a great job, as do the front counter staff. Kudos to you all!!

My son and I went together for pedicures and I wanted a full set. After sitting there for an hour and a half I received no service and he did get his pedicure with Tash who was really nice. The lady who came after me was surprised that the tech came to her so quickly because she was told “25 min” which meant she had no appointment. I used to come here all the time, but this was my last time.
