Selena is my go to!!! She is fantastic at customer service and listening to what you want. She’s also so good at letting you know what is best for your nails. This is my go to Nail Lounge!!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!

The top coat was forgotten on my right foot. I kept looking at how dull the polish was. Also, didn't push cuticles back on my toes and didn't apply polish to the cuticle evenly. There was polish around nail on my skin. The pedicure is a mess. I went home and redid it!

Salon is always nice and clean. Staff is always friendly. Wendy and Ava did an excellent job!!!

My toes and feet are great, pedicure was perfect! My daughter's feet and fingers are wonderful. My nails are not good at all. I asked after for them to filed because they are uneven and sharp, and they still are. I paid for a removal without service and a manicure... I am OK with the removal charge, but the manicure was not given the same care. No lotion, my cuticles were not taken care of. I will have to fix them myself. I have pictures if needed. Id like to be refunded for the manicure.

The nail techs are so professional and kinda and patient! I was seated next to a VERY rude and needy costumer today, and her nail tech handled it was such grace and kindness I was blown away. Kudos to such a professional and kind staff! Amy always does my nail so, so well! Love my palace nails people!!!!
