It was my first time going to Palace nails. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so kind. The atmosphere is relaxing really upscale experience. Everyone is so professional. You know exactly how much things are gonna cost before you get the services performed. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10.

Rose was excellent; however, my niece bought a gift certificate from the salonafor me to use but I never received the QR code via text. All we had was the email confirmation. It kind of took my relaxing pedicure away. I want to rate a 5 for the salon.
