Service and lounge was very nice! I went into the new location by kohls and I was told there would be a wait, totally understand but they offered me to go to the sister location up the road (palace spa) so I didn’t have to wait-so considerate of them. I reside in Baton Rouge but will drive to Lafayette to come see them. Amy was great, thorough and executed what I went in for. Recommended these locations and staff to anyone.
